By proceeding with your booking, you confirm and agree to the following terms and conditions...
Right to refuse service
For medical, insurance and healthy and safety reasons we are unable to treat clients in the following cases;
All injectable treatments will not be completed until adequate identification has been seen. No identification, No treatment.
To proceed with a treatment a Health Waiver form must be completed. Clients should receive a link to it at the time of booking, but if not fill it is accessible here: https://forms.wix.com/r/7147307635174277735. Also see the "provision of health history" section below for further details.
No person under the age of 18 can receive Injectable treatments as per our Insurers terms, even with parents permission.
No treatments will be provided to persons under the age of 16.
The client is discriminative, abusive, aggressive, intoxicated in any way.
Are immunocompromised and/or unwell on the day of the appointment (cold-flu)
Have had dermal filler elsewhere in the past 12 weeks ( there is a risk of complications mixing differnet products)
Are undergoing, or have received chemotherapy within the last 6 months/or are on any auto-immune medication. Auto Immune medication must be stopped 6 months prior with a doctor’s note.
We feel you are too anxious or not ready for treatment.
For all first time clients wishing to have Anti wrinkle treatments (botulim Toxin) you MUST of been seen by a regisiterd prescriber. Luxe Enhancements will provide you with a prescriber and you are liable to pay the prescriber fee of £35.00. This is a once yearly cost as a prescription must be updated every 12 months.
It is important you provide information about your health and eligibility as part of your booking form and Health Waiver at time of booking. If either of these are determined to be the case up to 24hrs before the scheduled treatment, we will cancel the appointment, provide a full refund, and contact you explaining why. If we haven't been provided this information until within 24hrs of the treatment, and we need to cancel the appointment, a late fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost will be applied.
Provision of your Healthy History
For your comfort and safety, it's important to notify Luxe Enhancements staff if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or recently given birth. When you book, you will be sent a Health Waiver form that is required to be completed before treatment will commence. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

Appointment Deposits (for applicable Treatments)
A credit/debit card is required to schedule this appointment or service. Your card will be charged a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete.
Appointment Lateness
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule.
Re-Scheduling Appointments
Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice, if possible.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment date and time without additional fees, based on availability.
Appointment No-Shows
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed treatment.
Chaperones
You are welcome to have a chaperone at your treatment if this will enable you to feel more comfortable, however they must be over 18 years old.
Pre/Post Treatment Information
Botox
To Help Prevent Bruising: Avoid blood thinning over-the-counter medication such as Aspirin and Ibuprofen. Also avoid herbal supplements, such as Garlic, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, St. John’s Wort, and Omega-3 capsules. Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours before your treatment to avoid extra bruising. Avoid exercise a few hours before your appointment.
For 24 hours after your treatment avoid: exercise (everything apart from a routine walk), saunas, steam rooms, alcohol, swimming, hot showers/baths. Do not lay flat for 2-4 hours, avoid wearing hats or helmets of any kind.
For 2 weeks after your treatment avoid any other facial treatments. the only exception to this is LED therapy,
Do not book for Botulinum Toxin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ensure there is a 12-week minimum between toxin treatments, or I will be unable to treat and cancellation charges will apply.
You MUST have had a face-to-face consultation before the first treatments.
Skin Boosters
To Help Prevent Bruising: AVOID blood-thinning medication for 7 days prior to treatment as they may increase your risk of bruising. This includes; aspirin and ibuprofen (if any medication has been prescribed, check with your doctor first before stopping). Avoid herbal supplements such as garlic, vitamin E, ginko biloba, St. John’s Wort and omega-3 capsules. Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before the procedure.
For 24 hours after your treatment avoid: exercise (everything apart from a routine walk), saunas, steam rooms, alcohol, swimming, hot showers/baths.
Ensure you have had something substantial to eat before your appointment to decrease the chances of lightheadedness during your treatment.
Peels/Microneedling
Discontinue the use of tanning beds at least two weeks prior to a chemical peel. In fact, we advise that you stop using tanning beds altogether because they increase your risk of skin cancer and accelerate visible signs of aging.
Avoid extensive sun exposure, especially in the 10 days prior to your scheduled chemical peel.
No facial waxing, exfoliation, peels, retinol, AHA/BHA, laser hair removal (to the area treated) products for 5-7 days prior to treatment.
Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily (at least SPF 30 or higher) and avoid the gym 24 hours prior to a chemical peel.
Do not use aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatories for 2-3 days before treatment.
